Tribute to the "Constituent Prince"
In the presence of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince, the President of the National Council will pay a special tribute, during a special session of the High Assembly, to Prince Rainier III as the father of the 1962 Constitution, revised on his initiative in 2002. A room will be named after the Prince.
