 \, six centuries of military architecture (13th - 18th centuries)". It
 s author is the Monegasque Claude Passet\, born on 5 December 1946 in 
 Monaco. He studied Humanities in Paris (1964-1968) and later in Rome\,
  at the University of Rome and the Pontifical Lateran University (1968
 -1974)\, earning a Laurea and Dottorato (specialising in religious sci
 ence and history). He also holds diplomas in Christian archaeology and
